MONOTYPE MOJO WORKSHOP

Mojo is a word for finding the magic in what we do and monotype is a process that feels full of magic. Monotype is a way of putting ink or paint on a Plexiglas plate and printing it on paper. You can create and change the image with a brush, roller, piece of cardboard, rag, and so many things. We will use a technique that you can continue at home without needing a special press. The prints we create can be kept as original art or used as papers for collage, greeting cards, book arts, scrapbooking, and more. No experience is required. Students can bring leaves, ferns, lace, lattice or mesh materials or netting to create different textures. We will be working with 10”x10” plates. Bring a sack lunch -  this will be a full day. All supplies provided.
